There are many types of industrial wear-resistant materials, each with its own characteristics and application areas.

1:Metal wear-resistant materials:

High manganese steel series: such as high manganese steel (ZGMn13), high manganese alloy (ZGMn13Cr2MoRe), ultra-high manganese alloy (ZGMn18Cr2MoRe), etc., are known for their excellent wear resistance.

Anti-wear high chromium cast iron series: such as high, medium and low chromium alloy cast iron (such as Cr15MOZCu), which has excellent wear resistance and impact resistance.

Wear-resistant alloy steel series: such as medium, low and high carbon multi-component alloy steels (such as ZG40SiMnCrMO and ZG35Cr2MoNiRe), which show good wear resistance in a variety of working environments.

High chromium alloy steel: It has high impact resistance, hardness and wear resistance, and is suitable for abrasive belts with larger abrasive particles.:

2:Non-metallic wear-resistant materials:

Polymeric ceramic composites, silicon nitride (Si3N4), toughened zirconia (Y2O3+ZrO2), toughened aluminum oxide (Al2O3/ZrO2), etc. These materials have unique chemical and physical properties that make them suitable for specific applications. Excellent performance in wear-resistant applications.

Polyurethane material: It has good anti-wear properties and adjustable hardness, and is easy to process and install. It is suitable for some special needs occasions.

3:Composite wear-resistant materials:

Chromium carbide composite materials (Cr2C3+Q235), high-energy ion implanted tungsten carbide materials (WCSP), high-toughness cemented carbide (YK25.6), etc., combine the advantages of different materials to provide superior wear resistance.:

4:Other wear-resistant materials:

Wear-resistant balls, wear-resistant steel plates, wear-resistant welding rods, wear-resistant ceramics, wear-resistant floors, wear-resistant rubber, wear-resistant pipes, wear-resistant bearings, wear-resistant welding materials, wear-resistant castings, cast stones, polymer materials, etc. These materials are widely used in various industrial fields to meet different wear-resistant needs.

When selecting wear-resistant materials, factors such as working conditions, material cost, and processing difficulty need to be comprehensively considered. For example, for application scenarios with high impact force, high strength and wear resistance requirements, you can choose metal wear-resistant materials or composite wear-resistant materials; for applications with high wear resistance requirements, low impact force requirements, and corrosive environments, you can choose metal wear-resistant materials or composite wear-resistant materials. Ceramic composite is more suitable.

The selection of wear-resistant materials is a complex process that requires comprehensive consideration based on specific application requirements and environmental conditions.
