In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of communication system power systems, power distribution cabinets in turbulent and war-torn areas need to meet multiple performance requirements such as high bulletproof, explosion-proof, waterproof, dustproof, anti-theft, anti-vandalism, high temperature resistance, and fire resistance.

In terms of bulletproof, the power distribution cabinet must be able to withstand attacks from bullets, explosives, etc., so its shell should be made of high-strength, high-hardness bulletproof materials, such as silicon carbide bulletproof ceramic composite linings. At the same time, the structural design of the power distribution cabinet should be able to effectively prevent the impact and damage of the explosion shock wave to the internal electrical equipment.

The principle of bulletproofing of power distribution cabinets is mainly based on its structure and material design, which is designed to resist external impact and damage and ensure the safe and stable operation of internal electrical equipment.

Distribution cabinets feature a sturdy frame and shell design, usually made of thick steel plate or silicon carbide ceramic composite. These materials have high strength and hardness and can effectively resist external impacts such as bullets and explosive fragments. In addition, the corners and connection parts of the power distribution cabinet will also adopt special reinforced designs to improve the stability and strength of the overall structure.

The bulletproof principle of silicon carbide ceramics is to achieve efficient bulletproof effects through multiple mechanisms such as broken warheads, bulletproof fragment destruction and deformation energy absorption, abrasion, and changing the incident angle of the warhead.

In order to achieve the bulletproof effect of power distribution cabinets, our company provides 3 different bulletproof solutions:

2: Steel plate and silicon carbide ceramic composite. The two layers of steel plates and silicon carbide ceramics are closely combined with ceramic glue, and then the steel plates are closely combined with the distribution cabinet box.

3: Separate silicon carbide ceramic bulletproof sheets, customers can paste the silicon carbide ceramic sheets themselves according to their own needs.
