Conveyor pulley lagging is a process of special treatment on the surface of conveyor rollers, aiming to improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and friction of the rollers, thereby extending the service life of the rollers and improving the operating efficiency of the conveyor.

Flat rubber pulley lagging: It can protect the surface of the roller from adhering to the transported materials, avoid deviation, increase the sliding friction coefficient, reduce the slipping phenomenon between the roller and the conveyor belt, and protect the belt from corrosion and wear.

Diamond rubber pulley lagging: It increases the friction between the roller and the belt, provides protection for the roller, and reduces the wear and corrosion of the roller. Due to the groove structure, water, mud and other debris can be effectively discharged to keep the surface of the rubber sheet clean.

Ceramic rubber pulley lagging : The wear-resistant ceramic blocks with particles on the surface are vulcanized in a special rubber according to a certain layout by hot vulcanization process. The bottom layer of the rubber sheet is CN layer, and then a special adhesive is used to stick to the surface of the roller to replace the traditional rubber, which plays a role in enhancing the friction coefficient between the belt and the roller and improving the service life of the roller. At the same time, it is convenient for drainage and mud discharge, increases the friction coefficient of the roller surface, and reduces the chance of slipping of the conveyor belt. The life of ceramic lagging is 3~5 times longer than that of ordinary lagging.

Ceramic pulley lagging : Alumina ceramics are more wear-resistant. If the normal service life can reach more than 8 years, it is more functional in various practical application environments, which increases the life of the drum.

Polyurethane pulley lagging : Polyurethane pulley lagging is a process of covering the surface of the drum with a layer of polyurethane elastomer. This process technology has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance, and has high adhesion and bonding force. It is environmentally friendly and widely used in various industries.
